Chicken Pie
Its late. My eyes are burning as I just spent the last 2 hours replying to a dozen non-work related emails that have been sitting in my inbox for well over a month. I want to go to bed but, well, I have this little commitment hanging over my head. I was tempted to take the easy way out by posting a picture (believe me, I have plenty to show) but I’ve been having to do that a lot lately. Tonight, I want to post a picture and be done with it but I don’t HAVE to so...here I am typing away. I have 25 minutes to get this in before midnight.
I have to admit that I’m very surprised I’ve stuck with this 365 thing so far. Yes, like I sort of said above, I’ve had to resort to pictures with no or very little words a lot but at least I’m making an effort with the little time I’ve had. Considering that I managed all of 10 posts during the entire summer of suck 07 (must.import.old.entries) this is something for me to be excited about. Give me a break, people. I need to take the excitement where I can get it these days!!
I’m not 100% exactly sure why I’m doing this or what I hope to get out of it. I’ve been trying to figure that out since I started. Write better? Yes but it seems like more than that. Hopefully I’ll figure this out before January 1, 2009 rolls around.
